What are the rats eating? Find the food source and cure the problem.

I know - - the neighbours' has never been checked - they will not answer the door

Put out lengths of pipe that would be a few feet long and wide enough for the rats to gets in and out of, but not wide enough for a dog to get into. Place these pipes around your garden. Put blocks of rat poison half way down each pipe. That would be a good start.

Have your neighbours bins?. Is your neighbours back garden full of rubbis?
If your answers are No', 'Yes' to the above ring the council.
And buy rat poison or a cat or jack russell.

From the inside eh, sounds more like a mole and we'll have to find him before all the secrets are out.

On a serious note, employ a pest control company.

Are they coming through the hole in the wall your neighbors drilled ?
    Is your boiler ok ?
What the hell has this got to do with gardening if they are coming from inside ?

    So many questions :D

    Drill a hole in it

Rats and Trolls. They're both back.

The Trolls seem to be evolving from the tell-tale signs that people mentioned last week.

Get a cat. A rat bomb and poison.

Yes but the boiler is fine

  • Registered Users Posts: 408 ✭✭Defunkd

Put down rat poison. That will kill them. The rats will die in the burrow/home, which if in your neighbours house, will be their problem.

Definitely in your head)) - thanks
