Have an issue at home I can't seem to get to the bottom of myself with lights. I need someone who really knows what they are doing I'd say to go at it. Any recommendations for a registered electrician?

We've used Tom Kearns a few times over the years for a complete house rewire to small jobs so have no problem recommending him.
