Calling the South Doc from the UK

HI, does anyone know how you can call the south doc from the UK - the 1850 number with 353 does not work and I need to call them as I am worried about a family member.

get someone you know to ring them

email them and ask for a direct number

I thought you could get a number from skype so that you can dial numbers as if you are dialling them within the country but I cannot find it.
