Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Replace old cistern

Hi Can anyone recommend a plummer to replace an old cistern(about 50 years old) with a new one. The toilet is fine just the cistern is knackered. (Based in Dublin 10)

Can you not just replace the internals of the Cistern. ? That's probably all that's needed.

The internals are completely different to the new type ones.

You'll be better off replacing the toilet and cistern.

You've a better chance of getting a PM if you state what part of the country you are in

The toilet has a ceramic syphon is there anyone that can replace this or replace the cistern.
