JBL Bar Studio 2.0 Sound Problem

    Hi,

    A few weeks ago I purchased a JBL Bar Studio 2.0 soundbar from RicherSounds and the audio keeps dropping momentarily (for about half a second) on an intermittent basis. It happens with both HDMI and optical cables and from any source on my TV (Sky, Vero 4K etc...). Starting to think that maybe the speaker has a fault. Everything plays perfectly from the TV speakers.

    I've tried changing the output settings from bitstream to PCM, but it makes no difference.
    Is there anything else I can try? I've also replaced all of the HDMI and optical cables so that I'm using brand new ones. Same thing happens.

    My TV is a Samsung 49M5520.

    Hey Ogg.

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the JBL Bar.

    If you PM me you name or the address it was purchased under i can locate you on our system and take it from there.

    If the product was purchased in store please just box it back up and return it to us here and we can swap it for a new one or use the money paid to go for something else.

    If it was a mail order and we shipped it to you with in the last 30 days then we can arrange for it to be collected and once it arrives back to us issue a replacement or again you can use the money towards a different product.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
