My girlfriend just sent me a video of a trampoline (with the netting on) being battered by the wind in the backgarden of her house.
For context, noone in the house owns a trampoline.

    Cork City.

Gusty in North Cork overall seems to be easing. Stacked chairs outside still in place 😂

Nooooo my 25 year old smoke tree has had a big branch whipped off and it’s now blocking our gate. Window box has just being blown across the path. Looks like hubby won’t be going to wrk this morning and not venturing out on school run now!

    Ouch.

I suppose this was the worst of it.

Hope you get your power back, that always haunts me most about these kinds of winds.

Most of us can handle it. Might lose a few unwanted branches but should be grand. It's the black spot I am more worried about! :)

I dont know about that! I've known a few sycamores to do the splits when fully clothed!

On a hill in Galway city, never experienced gusts like it. House is shaking. Ophelia was a light breeze compared to this. Stay safe everyone.
