    Hi, I cancelled my account a few months ago and returned my modem through parcel motel. I have since gotten a bill for 59.99 for not returning it. It says to call 1901 with any queries, but as account is cancelled wit wont let me speak to an agent. Do you have a free phone number I can call to get this sorted please as this will be the last attempt i will make to resolve this

    When this fails, make a complaint with Comreg.
