What can be done about large unexepcted direct debit?

Hi BOI, Woke up this morning to a Sepa DD of 497.00. I have no idea what it is and I have no direct debits that even come close to this size, so it's extremely worrying. I've called customer service and they tell me that I won't be able to see what it is until later in the evening when the reference updates. My question…

Hi BOI,

My question is, if this is not something I mandated or if it's some kind of fraud or something, is there any way to recover the money?

Actually, just realised I set up a DD for my credit card... crisis averted. Sorry for the bother!
