Internet stopped working

    Hi all, has anyone else had an issue with broadband just stopping working for no reason whatsoever? It was fine up to 9.20 this morning and then just gone. I'm working from home today and I need to get this sorted asap if I can. I've tried turning on and off the router, resetting it and I've been on to live chat for the last hour who just keep telling me to be patient and who I just see now just ended the chat session. I am so annoyed. I cant even see my network in my list of available networks anymore.

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues you are having with your service. The best people to report this too is our support team on 1890 260 260, they'll troubleshoot with you to identify the issue.
