Better angle here, my god the amount of Conor swung first comments is mad. He got stopped getting out of the cage and he was trying to stop Khabib getting backup and then got attacked by 3 guys from front side and back.

Looks like the first slap is from McGregor to the guy in the black top when they are both sitting on top of the fence? Around 41 seconds in.

I was sleeping and missed it. Can someone get me up to speed. I don’t want to trawl through pages and pages

Drake knocked out Khabib with one punch and is being prosecuted personally by the Governor of Nevada for a crime so hot it doesn't even exist: attempted manslaughter.

I mean Lentz gave a shoutout to Kavanaugh earlier so who knows :o

Prize fighters, nobody said they were shining beacons of intellect in fairness...

Let’s hope that this is the end of McGregor.

He was absolutely humbled tonight, in and out of the octagon.

Khabib is a knacker but McGregor’s behavior over the last five years has been even worse. Tonight he met his match.

Mod:Fighter bashing/name calling is against the charter..

DC tweeted defending khabib blaming cultural differences etc. Tony Bellew then straight away called him out on it. That would be a fun fight!

McGregor Diaz III in the new year.

Will sell as much or more as tonight, regardless of how Nate does against Dustin.

DC would murder Bellew in a fight. Murder.

    Please let it happen.

Khabib was absolutely right about the trash talking taking a turn for the worse when race, ethnicity, religion etc are brought up.

I don't particularly like Khabib, but that was a good point. It certainly raises questions about how much the fighters should be allowed to say in promotion / sensationalizing of the fight. And of course then the more that you sanitize the promotion the less PPVs you will get. So it will be interesting to see where they will draw the line.

It’s not a sport for geeks and weaks and the way McGregor looks to have let himself down from reports I have seen then yeah he’s gone to weak for this now.

What about all of the Crumlin Kinahan wannabe heads over there off their face on cocaine?

It would have to be boxing obviously! At least make it something of a contest!

Did the guys that hit Conor only do it after Conor hit Khabibs second (right after Conor went to jump out of the cage)?

No he didn’t meet his match. That’s the problem. He meet someone far superior to himself.

Nah, if it's Bellew making noise let him jump over and get wrecked.

Conor called out Floyd, Conor crossed over.

Bellew is a blowhard idiot. Never a good boxer, and an even worse pundit.

Lentz gave a shoutout to a Supreme Court Justice with outstanding academic and professional credentials that has not been charged with any crime.

    Good man, Lentz.

That's what it looked like. He tried to jump out got pulled back and took a swing at the other guy on the fence at the time he then circled round tried to punch conor again and then the other guy had jumped over and hit him from behind.

Did Khabib actually connect with anyone when he jumped the cage ? To me it just looked like he went feet first at dillon but make contact

    Nah, but NASAC won't care.

He won't face criminal prosecution, unless Danis is a total b*tch.
    That's not the issue.

Anyone else here remember when a 'fight night controversy' was just Mike Tyson chewing on an earlobe?

These days it involves the Russian mafia, Supreme Court justices, pill heads from Crumlin and American rappers in the mould of Michael Collins.

Its hard to tell but he definitely aimed a kick at him as he landed. By the time he's come back up there's people all over them he does seem to be trying to though.

After the Holyfield fight they were fighting in the casinos. That was probably a more chaotic night than tonight. Tyson also went after some of the corner men that night too.

Credit to the UFC security here , that big bald security guy that's always at weigh in's and was in Brooklyn and stopped Crowley when he was trying to throw the railing was straight in there and grabbed Khabib and pulled him aside.

    Efficient.

Would be harsh on Khabib to have his purse withheld. White and the UFC have to shoulder some of the blame here. They’ve tolerated scumbaggery from Mc Gregor over the last few years that it was only a matter of time before others joined in.

The purse is the $2m held by the NSAC. It's not in the UFCs control. He's basically handed them the option to take a cut. It's America, of course they will.

He’s probably going to be ranked at heavyweight on Monday.

Good job conor's oul lad didn't end up in the ring. He could have got his hand made, slim fitted Hugo Boss jacket ripped.
