    Our home was without power  for over 4 hours unplanned. Are we due compensation ?

    Hi Brian,

    An unplanned interruption of electricity supply would be because of a fault. ESB Networks repair power-line faults and are the people to contact with queries relating to same (no matter which billing company the customer is registered with).

    The relevant telephone number for ESB Networks is 1850 372 757. They are closed at 6pm and they will return in the morning.
