Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

PSG looking like they are all out of ideas and legs. Liverpool have defended well this second half.

Good to see Draxler coming on. Badly needed as PSG are looking pretty flat.

PSG are a disgrace but fair play to Liverpool, likeable team.

Stoke fans must be rubbing their eyes watching Shaqiri and Choupo-Moting playing in the biggest Champions League game of the round.

Shockingly biased stuff from these two muppets.

They couldn't possibly sound more deflated or one sided after that goal

    Firmino's won it.

Salah lashed a water bottle to the ground from his seat just after goal.
Celebration or miffed to be subbed?

Full-Time. Think Liverpool merited the win. Paris didn't deserve anything based on that sluggish second half showing. A lot of work for Tuchel to do with this side if they are to be contenders.

Very impressed with Milner and Robertson.

Neymar should be embarrassed to collect his pay cheque.
Mane twice the player he was tonight.

A sharp up front Liverpool would of smashed that lot. One of the most tactically inept performances I've seen from a big side in a cl away game.

Milners getting better as he gets older, fitness ain't slipping up either. What a model pro!

I thought that was great craic! 2-0 up and pegged back, then won it at the death. Soo Liverpool !

Why does Richard Dunne always look like he's recovering from a massive drinking session?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 34,046 ✭✭✭✭NIMAN

Psg shocking as a team. Bunch of individuals.

4 big striking names did little. And didn't track at all. It appears they don't like each other much either. Don't seem to want to pass to each other and little rapport between them.

As exciting as mbappe looks as a player, it appears at 19 he is already getting world class levels of arrogance. A shocking nutmeg in the final minute cost his team. Embarrassing.

No hope of winning the tournament this season, and I'm sure all the superstars will be looking away.

I noticed at the winning goal the camera switches to Klopp celebrating.
Behind him was Salah, looking very unhappy slamming his water bottle on the ground.
    All is not well there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 26,578 ✭✭✭✭Turtwig

PSG's only saving grace is that they're currently going through a transition. Maybe once things have settled they'll be more comfortable in their system. Worth remembering Klopp has been building side for almost three years now. Tuchel has barely had 3 months.

That clip is about 8 seconds after the goal was scored. When the goal was scored klopp ran down the touchline and salah celebrated. Klopp then made his way back to the dugout and did a bit of fistpumping and salah threw a waterbottle on the ground. A mixture of relief and frustration for salah id imagine.

222 million is what PSG paid for Neymar. Never forget that.

He has already seemed to develop a bad attitude, and a big head.

Worrying for a 19 yr old.

Him and the rest of the PSG 'stars', especially Neymar, look like they are playing in a Nike advert, they only care about little flicks and tricks, no interest in playing and working like other teammates to get a victory.
