Mail Issues

    Hi,
    We are getting a lot of message delayed emails from one eir mailserver.

    Generating server: Our Mail server
    Receiving server: mail1.eircom.net (159.134.198.135)




    user@eircom.net
    Server at mail1.eircom.net (159.134.198.135) returned '400 4.4.7 Message delayed'
    14/09/2018 14:59:27 - Server at mail1.eircom.net (159.134.198.135) returned '451 4.4.395 Target host responded with error. -> 554 avas03 Cloudmark Gateway ESMTP server not available'


    It seems to have started last friday and are still ongoing. Who can I talk to?

    Hi Gvork, 

    We are aware that some of our customers cannot access our website and emails. This is currently under investigation with our IT team and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. 


    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    I'm getting this error "554 avas03 Cloudmark Gateway ESMTP server not available" and the only reference I see is to this thread - is it an eircom issue?
