Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Rock Singer Wanted asap for a charity gig in Dublin

    Hi all,
    We are a rock band that has arranged a gig at a charity event and our regular singer will be on holidays that weekend. We are playing at Monkstown Rugby Club on the Sunday 30th September. There is no pay, it is a charity event and we are doing it for fun. The gig would be for around 40' and is a family friendly event.
    We are looking for a temporary replacement for this event only, this is a one off instance. We are rehearshing this Thursday and the next one at Camelot Studios - Dublin 15, we will take care of the expenses of the studio of course. Also, we all have cars, so transportation would not be an issue if the singer is located in city center, someone will pick him/her up.
    No equipment will be needed from the singer's side as well. The songs are also fairly easy to sing and well known, they shouldn't be an issue.
    Basically, we need someone reliable who can sing to show up in the 2 rehearsals and the gig and sing the songs.
