Wht can't I watch RTE2 on Eir Vision Go App

    Hi,

    Why can't I watch RTE2 on Eir Vision Go app on a tablet in my home? I'm getting a 'Due to copyright restrictions  we are unable to make this programme available". This makes no sense - what copyright restrictions??? How can you put it on my TV but not my tablet in the same house.

    I use to be able to watch all the channels with Virgin on their app so what could possibly be different about Eir.

    A very angry customer.

    Also, what is going on with your website. Unacceptable that it's down almost a full day.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to view this channel on your eir Vision go app. The best people to report this too is our support team on 1890 260 260, they'll be able to assist you there.

    We are aware of the issue with some customers unable to access our website, our IT team are currently investigating this and will have it back up and running as soon as possible.
