The installers are installing my neighbours' houses, but are unaware of my house as my eircode not marked on the rollout map.

I have shown them my house and am within 200m of the distribution point, but they're unable to hook up my house without me being on the map.

I've called sales & support depts in Eir, but all they can do is check to see if my Eircode can *currently* get broadband, which of course it can't.. yet.

I've also emailed Broadband@DCCAE.gov.ie and my local Broadband Officer, but haven't received a reply.

Who can I talk to to get myself put on the map??

    Any help much much appreciated!
