Wallet top ups not going through

    For the last few weeks now I've been unable to top up my wallet via the PSN website

    Payment process seems to complete without error, message on screen and by email says wallet was topped up.
    But wallet balance does not update and no payment taken.

    PS support say it's a known issue and to try it directly on the console

    Anyone else getting this? Right pita
