Transporting conference stands

    Hi,
    I am attending a conference in Portugal next week. I have a large conference stand stored in a tough plastic box. It is roughly 90cmx40cmx40cm and weighs 50kg. This pushes it past all airlines oversize allowances.

    Can anyone recommend a courier or other service that will deliver it to my hotel the day before the conference?

    Aer Lingus have a freight division for such items

    If you had the time, the likes of DPD would have been an option (5 days to Portugal)
