Does anybody know of anywhere in or near Cork city where I can dump about 2 garbage bags worth of concrete? Rafeen won't take it anymore.

A civic amenity site should take it. I was at the macroom one a few weeks ago and in the "bulky waste" skip there was bits of everything, including a concrete fence post.
