Turning a bedroom into a bathroom

Hi, I just viewed a house and the only problem is that the only bathroom is downstairs and quite large, but there is a small bedroom which we feel is too small. I know this is sort of like asking how long is a piece of string but how much roughly would it cost to change the bathroom into a bedroom and the upstairs box room…
