    Hi Junebabies,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Are you currently a Pay As You Go customer with Electric Ireland or with a different provider?

We will be better able to advise you once we have more information.

    Thanks,
    Aoife

    Hi Junebabies,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

You can switch to bill pay by contacting our Pay As You Go department on 1850 372 372, or on 01 8529534.

Please be in the property before you call, as the agent may need information from your meter screen.

They also may need to give you a 60 digit code, in order to deactivate your meter.

The agent can then transfer you to the Sales department, if you would like to set up a Direct Debit.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    Glenn
