Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

All I had today was a yogurt drink and a brown bread salad sandwich from the local Deli. I have the Tesco Finest meal deal
Lasange, leek, peas and panchetta with chunky chips though but it's too late to eat it now :(

Sirloin steak. Couldn't be bothered cooking anything else. The pure unadulterated taste of the medium rare steak is good enough

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,181 ✭✭✭molly09

Linda McCartney onion and rosemary sausages ( these were available in Ireland years again and then they disappeared but have now reappeared!!)
    With spuds, peas and carrots.

    Large Glass of white wine.

Desert was good old fashioned warmed apple tart.

Just off the motorway and home. Not a coffee to be had anywhere or even a bar of chocolate.:( A feed of fuel for the car, no probs, but not for a human. Despite our small population, our motorway services are feckin crap for us late night travellers. Many thanks to the arsehole on the M7 who claimed the coffee machine was broken and didn't have time to leave the till to get me a skinny coke and a Yorkie either.

Off tomorrow. A late night beer.

In the middle of the veg prep for a rare sunday roast. Carrots parsnips and garlic clove are in olive oil and herbs, ready to be roasted and basted with butter, honey and balsamic vinegar.

Chicken to go in the oven with a lemon and herb marinade on top.

Brussels sprouts and potatoes to do.

Beer in hand and music on.

    Love a nice relaxing sunday.

Lovin' reading about all the roast dinners today :)

I've a roast chicken in the oven. Pre-stuffed and nothing else fancy in there with it, just a drizzle of olive oil and salt & pepper.

Not sure what Shaw's corner is but it did indeed start at the top square (where all the kids were!).

That is a bliss I know all about V. But not tonight. Desperately trying to push the ladies off to bed so I can enjoy the last few beers and Key Largo on TV.
