Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Ya just can't beat curry!

Slow roasted beef, roast spuds, cabbage, carrots and gravy. Early dinner so I know I'll be starving later. Gonna walk it off and Mrs G even suggested I have a few pints because I folded on 4 little bottles last night.:D

Boiled egg toasted sambo with a pinch of salt and mayo.
Realized mayo is mainly eggs and a bit pointless to add to this sambo today. Almost like adding egg to egg soup

Roast potatoes (50c in Centra) and leg of lamb steaks done in the airfryer, a little bag of Bisto beef and red wine gravy and a tin of peas.

Got some great work done in the garden today and cooked the dinner as well, building up the brownie points.

Get your butcher to cut an extra thick chop. Slice it two thirds down the middle, then fill with stuffing and apple sauce. I use colmans bramley apple sauce and a ready made stuffing from a local deli. Roast it in the oven. Gorgeous.
