    Hi got a letter to give photo ID and proof of address.. I have account with ye over thirty years. Why ye looking for this now?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.
    Under Irish and EU law, we're obliged to hold up to date identification documentation for all of our customers. If the information we currently hold for you is not up to date we may have to ask you for Photo ID and proof of address.
    The letter that you received should give instructions on how you can produce this documentation.
