€600 and €1000 builds

    1. What is your budget? [€600/900]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming, Photo editing (light/amateur)
    Gaming - Total War: Warhammer. Some First person shooters, mainly RTS though

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? [No]

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? No old parts

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals? May need a decent keyboard and mouse but don't want to eat into the overall budget

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Yes, but not a deal breaker

    I'm thinking a Ryzen build with an RX580 but some googling suggests a 1060 might be better ?
    Want to avoid older parts so there is a decent upgrade path in the future

    I've two budgets to get an idea of what can be built for those prices
    If I can max settings at 1080p for €600 super, if not I can go higher
