My 12 month contract is finished on November 27th 2018 for FTTH.

I want that to be that last day that Eir charge me a cent.

On October 28 I will give Eir 30 days notice, will this guarantee that service will terminate on November 27th and no other charges will be levied against the account ?

What email address do i send the notice to, i wont be calling on 1901.

    Hi there oleras

Thank you for getting in touch.

All service cancellations have to go through Customer Care (1901) as they will need to discuss exactly what needs to be cancelled (if you have any extra services), your cancellation date and final bill.

You could nearly get the impression Eir dont like paper trails...

They are just adding to the contempt i have towards the customer service they provide.

When I asked the person that I were dealing with for an email address so that I could cancel, the reply was that we don't communicate by email.  Started googling & came up with that email address & bobs your uncle.
