Female alopecia

Hi ladies. I have suffered from alopecia from a young age. The hair loss is quite significant but seems to have stabilised in recent years. I accept it will never grow back having tried many medical and herbal treatments over the years including steroids.
I manage to disguise it reasonably well but would love a better solution. I have been reading up on non surgical hair replacement solutions. This is a process where a mesh is basically glued to the area and mixed with your own hair. It needs to be maintained and is expensive.
I would be very grateful if anyone out there has any information on any of the clinics in Dublin or further afield that offer this solution as I cannot find reviews online. Thanks
