    how can the buy or build their own homes? many of these individuals would have poor education, have had very difficult experiences within our education system, some leaving at an early age, do you really think they could gain high level qualifications within our educational system, gain employment, with sufficient payment to be able to buy their own home? also baring in mind, many well qualified employed citizens are currently unable to buy their own homes
