How do I fix your mistake with my address?

    I had awful trouble getting someone to talk to me on the online chat.

    They kept saying I was giving the wrong address for verification.

    I was finally able to log into the website and I saw that you have TWO addresses for me.
    My current correct address is on the PDF bills.. but my old address is on the dashboard.

    I tried to change it from the website but it doesn't allow me to edit the address.

    Two and a half years ago they disconnected me instead of my neighbour and to this day they still have me down as the wrong address despite me contacting them on numerous occasions.
