Budgeting Software Ulster ROI

So I'm working on budgeting at the moment and I'd quite like to use an app like YNAB or similar, but I'm having trouble locating any which'd work for an Irish account, specifically Ulster Bank ROI. Anyone have any suggestions? Many thanks, J.
