    You have been banging that drum a while now. Yet with Ireland and its acute lack of supply with regards to housing and its burgeoning demand due to a massive increase in population over the last 5/6 years we have seen Irish Property prices drop in January for the first time in 3 years. Dublin has seen its forth consecutive price drop, I said it to you on another thread that by limiting credit to buyers that demand would fall off a cliff forcing house prices to drop. So rate rises are starting to have the desired effect on this particular supply side issue
