    Hi Guys,

Myself and my wife are in the process of selling our home and purchasing a new house. Can anyone with experience tell me roughly how much I should budget for labour only (as I know there can be a major difference in the cost of the materials) to wood floor and tile the attached house. We’re planning on wood floor everywhere except for the bathrooms. For the bathrooms we’re planning tiles wall to ceiling. Even a very much ball park figure would be great.

    Thanks I’m advance

Budget 20 per square metre for labour, underlay, underfelt, trims, etc.
