Cancelling meteor mobile broadband

    I set up a mobile broadband plan, 25 Gb for €10 with meteor in 2016. The plan came with a modem that I have lost but I would now like to cancel this plan and because I do not have the modem, I don't have access to my account details. How do I go about cancelling my plan?

    Hi DR.SOON, 

    Our customer care team on 1905 will be able to arrange this cancellation for you. They will require the mobile and PIN from this if you have no account details.
