Hedging Waterford area

Does anybody know, the best places to buy hedging plants around the Waterford area? Garden Centre or commercial. Looking for privet, escallonia, fuschia etc, nothing too extravagant. Looking for various sizes, (Live on a slope). WAnt it to grow as one.
