Help with porting

    Hi Eir

    HELP !

    I ported from tesco mobile on Wednesday and almost all works.
    I have internet etc 

    but...

    No one can call me !!

    I have three phones with eir now and we can call each other but if you try to call from any other network my number is unreachable - the same with text messages.

    Since is Sunday today no one on tech support !! was able to help me.

    I will PM you with this as 2morrow will be at work whole day and have no coverage there.

    Also I would like to complain that shop in Bray at Castle Street supposed to be open till 6pm Sunday and it was already closed before 5pm today !

    Myself and my wife also switched over from Three on Tuesday and we have the exact same issue. 
    it really is an urgent issue, i need this resolved now
    bank is trying to text me and as a result i cant make any payments
    this is really stressing me out

    I went to eir store and found out that porting was half done.
    It is stuck in a middle and manager of the store tried to swap sim cards but due to fact that porting isn't done he couldn't.

    At least he got answer I couldn't get here or when calling support, they been asking for dates and times of missed calls etc.

    Still not resolved thought.

    it is not mobile issue 

    it is issue with porting !

    I can't port back to tesco mobile or any other provider as system shows as poring in progress !!

    someone need to push it thru

    I called customer service and despite disconnecting on me couple of times I got info that fault is with Tesco and I should call Tesco myself.

    Really ?

    This number isn't with Tesco anymore !
    it shows eir on the phone !

    How come I should chase porting issue myself !

    Our mobile team are currently working on this and have been in contact with the other provider on your behalf.

    You do not need to contact them yourself, apologies for the confusion here.
