    Hi there,

    We have an existing mortgage on our current primary residence which we are reluctant to change due to attractive tracker rate %.

    We are currently exploring options on how to finance the purchase of a piece of land that is adjacent to our property.

    Is getting a second mortgage an option? If so what are the lending requirements?
