    Hi guys,

    First time viewing this week, agency will be showing us obviously.

    I just wanted to know what information we should be giving them and what info we should be holding back?

    Are they within their rights to ask about our deposit/mortgage approval amount?

    Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated

    They can ask what they want! up to you what you tell them (I would say I'm approved but nothing else personally). Might be more likely to ask if you are bidding, if they ask for documentation I would redact any figures and mail it to them.

    Have a good look around, look at fuse box... surface mounted wiring? Vents in rooms/widows. Have a look at the roof/gutters. Flat roof extension?
