    I’d be useless tomorrow if I stayed up so that’s the lie

    For 1 to be false, both 2 and 3 would have to be true, so I can clearly not choose 1. But you bested my spaniard, so you are a learned man, and in studying you would have learned that Man is mortal so you will have placed the lie as far from yourself as possible, so I cleary cannot choose the Lie in front of you....

    Well, presumably if you've been lynched three times, then you've also been lynched two times. If you've been lynched four times, then you've also been lynched three times and two times. So four times must be the lie.
