Is there any need to still offer the Closed Accounts facility now that boards fully compliant with Data Protection by offering to delete posts?

Hi Fr Dougal,

Personal data belonging to users is tied to the account (e-mail address, signup IP); this is wiped when an account is closed using the Close Account facility, so this feature will be maintained.
