    We had a fault on our landline in that we could make outgoing calls and the efibre broadband was working but no incoming calls were getting through - quite strange!

    We reported this fault to Eir on Thursday evening 26th September at 19:30. 

    An Eir agent called to the house the following morning at 11:30. He checked our installation and them returned to the roadside cabinet to finish the repair. 

    Everything was back working by 12:15

    A good news story :)
