Price of Broadband & TV Essential

    I am looking at the Broadband & TV Essentials bundle on your website for a family member.

    The first screen says the bundle costs €49.98 per month (for 12 months) and then €74.98 per month afterwards.  However when I click "Check Availability" the price increases to €64.98 per month.

    He is currently an Eir customer for broadband & home phone, but has a different provider for tv.

    Can you please explain how to avail of the offer of €49.98 per month?

    Hi there,

    This offer i for new customers signing up for the first time therefore as he already has some services with is the system maybe recognising this.

    I would recommend for him to contact our sales team directly on 1800 503 303 and they will advise if they can move him to this package from their end.
