    What do you mean exactly?

    There are open work permits here that allow you to work for any company.

    I don't think it works the same way as America.

    Sorry i mean did anyone manage to get sponsored from Ireland directly rather than applying for jobs when there. e.g applying for a job on linked in and geting hired that way.
