    Hi All,


    Just wondering whether anyone lives on Suir Road or Goldenbridge Avenue in Hybreasal.


    Whats the area like to live in? In particular Suir road north of the Luas... Bulfin avenue etc.


    Thinking of viewing a house there and would appreciate any positive/negative comments...

    All very settled and normally quiet anytime I've been down that way.

    One thing to note - traffic can be chaos around there during rush hour and even non-rush hour. Suir Road, SCR up to Con Colbert Rd.

    Expect this to get worse when the hospital is built, alot of traffic coming in from the Naas rd will funnel down south circular road.

    Yeah, traffic is mental at times in the afternoon/evening. You can tell when someone parks in the Clearway outside eurospar on the SCR. Backs up to Dolphin Rd/Herberton bridge pdq.

    Other than that, Bulfin estate is pretty settled

    traffic bad if youre a driving commuter

    had the car window smashed in once, and the apartment door kicked in a few times when living off suir road, and the kids aint angels at that luas stop.

    but all in all its not too bad.
