If a property is sale agreed on Daft, does it show the price that it went for or just the initial asking price offered?

First port of call for anyone looking to buy property - you see the real price paid and not what an agent tells you.

From sale agreed to sale and listing on ppr takes about 3 months.

However the price for the property won't appear there till at least a week after the sale closes which is usually at least a month and generally a few months after the sale is agreed.
