Hello,i bought a mobile phone Samsung Note 8 from this seller.He gave me one year guarantee and now he don't repair the phone and he do not reply to my messages.the phone bought at December.Have anyone opinion for this problem to help me?

have you tried going to Samsung directly for a guarantee through them?

Yes the only that they told me it was someone must go the phone to Hong Kong samsung repair center(no post) only by hand receive.
