    Hi guys,

I`m looking to get a Sony KD49XF9005 delivered to Dublin. Whats your best you can do on this?

I`d prefer to go with you guys but have seen it locally with a free Sony soundbar for €1229.

I dont particularly need the soundbar but I could sell it on so its tempting to buy it locally and have it straight away.

Its Harveynorman that have the offer. I can link to it if you want.

Let me know what you guys can do and hopefully I can throw my business your way.

    Hi again Kenny,

So it looks like Im going to have to replace my receiver as well as my current one - Onkyo TX SR608 only supports upscaling to 1080P. I want to run all my devices through the receiver.

Have you any suggestions for a receiver that will pass through 4K and also have decent audio for music listening? Would like to but as soon as possible as the TV and Blu-Ray player are probably already on their way.

How quick could you get one of these down to Dublin? Theres a good chance my TV will arrive tomorrow.

Also Kenny. It will be driving an old pair of Mission M73 floorstanders and Mission M70s rears.

Will all the receivers above be ok driving them?

The Sony STRDN1080 is the one I`m looking at!

The Sony 1080 would drive the M73 with no issues.

We have the 1080's here in stock at the Belfast store so if I shipped one from here it would be down with you tomorrow all going well.

    Me again Kenny,

TV and Blu-ray player arrived and receiver is due today. great service!

I set the tv up and its too big for my stand! So Im looking for tv stand for it. The width of the tv is as wide as I can go(1100mm) as its in a corner and has speakers either side.

Do you have anything there? The legs stick out at the front and have a bit of depth so it would need to accomadate them.

Also do you deliver on saturday if I order today?

    Hi ADOX.

    No problem.

Here is link for all the stands that we can get our hands on.
There seem to be lots of 100, 1050 or 1200.

Have a quick look through the selection and see if there are any listed that would suit your setup.

There are no Weekend deliveries unfortunately.

Thanks Kenny. I got sorted locally with a cheap and cheerful stand for the time being.

I may be looking for a couple of speakers.

I have a 4.1 set up at the moment(no centre) and am considering adding a centre. The problem is my speaker are very old(but working perfectly)and its next to impossible to find any of the centres that were available for the range. I would be worried about a huge tonal imbalance though adding a speaker from a different manufacturer.

Any, my fronts are Mission M73s with M70s as rears. Do you think you would have anything that would be a decent match as a centre?

Also looking at possibly adding a couple of atmos upward firing speakers to the set up. Placing them on the M73 fronts. I presume the tonal match on these is less important? do you have anything there that would do the job?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Adox.

I would say the only place you will find a matching centre for the range you currently will be the 2nd hand market.

There are some new Mission centre speakers that I feel would fit in with no issues. I use Monitor Audio at home but have a mix of the Bronze and Silver ranges and there is no issue in mixing them.
There is the Mission LXC-BLK priced at £109 (Special Order product)
    https://www.richersounds.com/mission-lxc-blk-wood.html

I think that you could also use one of the Monitor Audio centres in your setup with no issues as the centre speaker is really only used for speech.
Monitor Audio Monitor C150 priced at £140
    https://www.richersounds.com/moni-audio-monitor-c150-blk.html

Or the Bronze centre priced at £159
    https://www.richersounds.ie/p-12909-monitor-audio-bronze-centre-black-single-centre.aspx

For the Atmos speakers there would be the Eltax ATM priced at £129.00
    https://www.richersounds.ie/p-203576-eltax-monitor-atm-dolby-atmos-speakers-per-pair.aspx

Elac have their Debut A4's coming in at £249.95
    https://www.richersounds.ie/p-203404-elac-debut-a4-mk2-atmos-dolby-atmos-speakers-per-pair.aspx

Let me know if any of the above might suit and I can check if there are any deals to have.

    Thanks Kenny.

Id be interested in the Mission centre(the only one that will fit in the space I have available) and the Eltax ATM.

Could you let me know what you best price would be for these? I would also need speaker cable for all three(1m lengths would be fine)as well as banana plugs

    Hi adox,

I could do the Mission LXC centre and the Eltax ATM for £234 including shipping.

I could also do 3m of Cambridge Ultra 100 and 6 pairs of banana plugs for £35. So total for everything including shipping would be £269 including shipping.

Let me know what you think.
