Last 4 digit of phone number - 365online

Hi all, i have an issue with 365 online. when i try to login in and it requires to put my last 4 digit of my phone number,the system still recognize my old phone number even if i updated my details years ago. Should i contact customer service directly? Thank you

You can request this through the Ask a Question in the Service Desk menu option on your 365online.
Be sure to state that it is the number for the login details that you are looking to update.
