becoming a signatory on a work account

    Can I ask if a credit check will be run if I apply to become a signatory on an account at work and the application be turned down as I have a poor credit history.

    Thank you for your message.

    We would not run a credit check to add a signatory to a business account. Your prior permission is always needed for any credit check that is run when you are applying for a product.
