Hi, I wish to block out a derelict two-story on other side of picket fence. Plenty of room for trees. Would like to keep the picket visible if possible. Would like manageable trees that grow to at least 12 feet. Fence is 4 foot tall and 130 feet long. What type of trees might you suggest? Thanks, Barra

12 feet is a short height for most trees.
