SEPA Payment from KBC

    Hi

    I transferred money from a KBC to a BOI account at 17:20 yesterday evening but it isn't showing in the BOI account yet. Can you advise when it will show? KBC has confirmed the money has been sent.

    Also, I need to withdraw this cash urgently before close of business today. Will. I be able to do this at a branch?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us.

    We would not be able to advise on KBC clearance times. As soon as the funds are received they will be applied to your account.

    The best thing to do would be to query the transfer timeframes with the sending bank.

    I checked once again with KBC and they have said they are cleared and in a BOI holding account waiting to be released .

    Can you please advise?

    We understand you have been on touch on Facebook.
    Transfers between Irish banks generally take one working day and this is dependent on whether the transfer was made before the sending bank's daily cut off.

    We do not have a holding account once the funds are received they will be applied to your account.
